Strong candidates will possess several qualifications such as below

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals and provide Islamic banking solutions that align with their needs.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the bank's client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to make informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the banking sector.
• In-depth knowledge of banking funding products.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
